A task cost is a one-time fixed cost associated with a task; for example, the task “Apply for loan” might have a one-time cost of $250 for a loan fee. A task income is a one-time fixed income associated with a task; for example, the task “Collect deposit fee” would have an income.
MacProject II can track both planned costs and income and actual costs and income, and it displays all the information in the Cash Flow Table so that you can make comparisons.

You can enter the planned costs and income into the Task Cost Entry Table, Task Info window, or Project Table, and the actual costs and income in the Task Info window or Project Table.
